The ArtSplash Chalk Art Festival will be a major part of the decoration and color on Armada Drive on these two days! On site, we will showcase dozens of experienced street painters, who will over the course of the two day event, create spectacular masterpieces of chalk art. Ron Juncal and Phyllis Swanson of Studio 2 , a nationally known mural artist from Carlsbad who has conducted large "street painting" events with chalk in cities throughout California. |
