Kids have a lot of fun learning to paint the street with chalk! ArtSplash enhances the arts experience for our children through the activities held at our schools, parks and at our festival! These clinics couldn't have happened without the help from the staff at the Carlsbad Dept. of Parks & Recreation and the many wonderful volunteers who make things happen! Take a look at what young creative minds can do!
