ArtSplash Chalk Art Festival

ArtSplash is a free, non-profit, family chalk art festival that promotes and benefits arts within the community. New 2009 features include a chainsaw sculptor and an artist producing a masterpiece on a dirty car.  Enjoy hands-on art-making, juried fine art, Fern Street Circus, Taste at ArtSplash^TM, Family Arts Carnival, roving entertainers and live music. Proceeds benefit arts and music programs in North County schools.
